Meet Mrs. Donnelly
Thank you for visiting our class website. I am Mrs. Kristina Donnelly, and this is my fifth year at Lovett, my eighth year of teaching.
My family is scattered up and down the east coast, but from the ages of 2 to 7 we lived in Vidalia, GA. When we left for Pennsylvania my heart remained in GA.
So, I'm back :)
I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies at the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia. I continued on to earn my Master’s Degree in Childhood Education at New York University, in New York, New York.
Prior to moving to Atlanta to teach at Lovett, I taught in New York City at Public School 11, The William T Harris School. PS 11 afforded me the opportunity to attend Teacher's College of Columbia University seminars, summer institutes and work closely with a staff developer to further my professional practice. Here at Lovett, I have continued my journey to be a life-long learner and grow through professional development opportunities I could not have dreamed of receiving; meeting the likes of Mary Ehrenworth, Jeff Anderson, Carl Anderson, etc.. It is a privileged to work in a community so very dedicated to professional growth.
When I'm not at Lovett, I can usually be spotted running through Vinings or walking my two dogs, Brody & Honey. On August 29th, I got married at The Cathedral of Christ the King here in Atlanta. My husband, Patrick, and I are so grateful for the love and support of the Lovett community during such a special time in our lives.
Thank you, again, for visiting our website! I am looking forward to another great year here at Lovett!

Meet Mrs. Shirley
I am Natalie Shirley, and this is my first year at Lovett and third year of teaching!
I am originally from Marietta, GA and earned a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education at Georgia College and State University. I have also received my Math Endorsement, and plan to begin my masters this upcoming summer.
Prior to teaching at Lovett, I taught second grade at Whitlow Elementary, in the Forsyth County School District.
In my free time, I love exploring new restaurants and spending time with friends in the Atlanta area. I enjoy reading books (lots of them) and being with my family. I just got married to a wonderful guy named Ryan on Halloween at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, and we recently arrived home from an amazing honeymoon in California!
I am so excited to be teaching at Lovett with Mrs. Donnelly this year, and I look forward to a wonderful fourth-grade year!
